Yoga is a scientific discipline that offers practical and definitive results while addressing tension in both the body and the mind. Yoga at the workplace has become popular in many companies nationwide because of the stress reduction benefits and the low cost of implementation.

Unlike other exercise routines yoga is low impact, improves strength and flexibility, builds concentration, and reduces mental and physical stress and tension. In addition, yoga is known to eradicate fatigue and generate energy, all of which lead to increased productivity and morale. Yoga exercises are simple and can be modified for different skill levels and abilities - perfect for the office environment!

Yoga can be specifically adapted to many chronic diseases, and pain complaints.
Gentle Yoga focuses on enhancing the awareness and connection to the body as it moves in life. Asana (postures) are adapted to optimitize function, and mind knowledge so the individual can begin to access thier own ability to heal.
I specifically am trained in adapting postures to safely move an individual with chronic conditions, or life issues, such as Cardiac disease, Cancer, Diabetes, and Chronic Pain, thru posture, breath and relaxation and stress managment.

Private appointments are available, either at my office/home, or in your home.
Customized programs can be developed, and offered in Digital/Audio format.
