Gentle Yoga/ Open to all abilities.  Evening class is offered at a more intense, longer holding , and greater variety of poses.

Audio CD's are being developed, and are available for purchase . At this moment, gentle yoga 1 hour class is available for 10 dollars. Also a 1 hour and 15 m in, more advanced class, and a double cd of mbsr yoga ( very gentle)
