RETREATS

Mindfulness Transformative Retreat
This four- to five-day retreat, conducted at various locales, is a meditative adventure in learning and self-discovery undertaken in the supportive company of a small group of participants. The retreat affords the opportunity to explore the power of mindfulness—moment-to-moment, non-judgmental attention—and expand our capacity to see, learn, and grow as individuals.
RETREAT ACTIVITIES
The retreat includes periods of guided instruction in a number of meditation practices, periods of silent exploration, and periods of collective inquiry and dialogue, and periods of movement/yoga. All activities cultivate deep, penetrative awareness and insight and the creativity that flows from these qualities of mind.
