The first appointment is from 1- 2 hours
We explore/discuss, medical history,medications accidents, illnesses, stresses, nutrition, excercise, emotional states, family dynamics, work, and generally whatever is in and of importance to your life.
We also do pulse and tongue assessments, as well as looking at the how the body moves, and structural analysis.
The investment is 50 dollars an hour.
Repeat appointments, occur at various intervals depending on what we are working towards (generally in 2 weeks and then at whatever intervel is appropriate) cost is at the 50 dollar rate as well.
Insurance usually does not cover, however if you have a dr's order/ referral, you can utilize your HSA, MSA, or Flex spending.
Deanna is available to come and talk with groups with interest in the growing sphere of Integrative Health/Yoga therapy.
She has spoken at several gatherings of support groups, corportions, luncheons, and loves to share her interest, and knowledge of research and current staus of the growing validations of evidence based research.
Rates depending on place, commitment, and time involvement.
Massage Services
Massage is used as part of the total package of evaluating what is going on in the individual. It is part of stress management, and awareness of body, .
Deanna incorporates therapuetic techniques derived from various modalites, most notably Connective Tissue Therapy, Reiki, Swedish, Trager, Marma, and Sports Massage.

1 1/2 hour 75 dollars
Referrals to other Modalities and Practioners is part of the process

There are two options for Yoga therapy. Deanna has a office in her home, as well as above the Health food store on main street in Grangeville.
Utilization of the Yoga studio in the Methodist church is a possibility as well.
Some on site services available for clients. Especially those unable to travel. Cost depending on time/mileage involved.
Rachael Smith is available for Acupuncture services one week a month. Appointments need to be made with her directly at 208-634 3203
She also uses the Main Street office.
Wellness Programs and Integrative Health
Deanna has helped create 2 specific Integrative Health/Wellness programs, in hospital/clinic settings.
She is beginning the process of standarizing the template and can be consulted regarding the processes that she has begun.

The Healing Growth Project
This is a year commitment, and will hopefully provide information, and movement towards bringing Integrative Health to the communities and patients of this area.
